Clip 'n Climb - this place is incredibly popular and for a very good reason. They let your kids tangle themselves in Spaghetti Junction and climb their bright, funky walls and skyscrapers!
No climbing experience is necessary as a full safety briefing is given for every session. The safety training is 30 minutes and then you have an hour of healthy, hearty climbing to get stuck in to.
Each wall has a different feel, look and difficulty rating. Children aged 4 and above are allowed to climb, however, they do have a small soft play area and cafe for parents with younger siblings.

The space available is huge and offers a fantastic bright space for kids to get energised and let off steam. Children aged 5 and above are allowed to bounce and there are dedicated Kanga Toddler sessions for 1 to 5-year-olds.
They also run Kanga Family sessions for families with kids under 12 that want to bounce together. If you'd rather watch, then you can view the action from the cafe with a cuppa. If your children are aged 5 or under, you will need to accompany them in the trampoline area.

Depot Climbing Centre - The largest indoor bouldering centre in the East Midlands, situated in a huge tram depot in the centre of Nottingham.
They provide a fantastic way for children to exercise through bouldering, along with having a great time and making new friends. All abilities are welcome and the necessary equipment is provided for including boot hire.
You can come for family active fun, or kids (aged 7 and up) can attend the after school or weekend sessions.
Depot Climbing centre caters for beginners or those that want to compete at the highest standards. Check out their facebook page and website to gain insight into their climbing competitions.

Planet Tots Sessions are now available 7 days a week and give your little ones the chance to shake and bounce it all out! Planet Tots is exclusively for little ones between 0 to 10 years along (one Tot must me 0-5yrs) with any accompanying parents or guardians. The aim for these sessions is to allow a safe time for parents to bring both toddler and older sibling, so all the family can enjoy the experience.
