Places to see Santa this Christmas in Nottinghamshire

We've pulled together a mixture of delights for you and your little ones to enjoy. Whether you're looking for fun Christmas parties, cosy grottos, magical stories or Breakfast with the big man, there's something for everyone here.

 

*National Ice Centre. From 16th December

Fancy a spot of brunch with Santa before getting your skates on? The National Ice Centre is offering just that. Little ones get to eat in the Encore restaurant, meet Santa and receive a gift.

Prices are £12.50 for adults and £15 per child.

*White Post Farm, Farnsfield. 25th November

They have a fab festive treat in store for families on Saturday! There will be an Interactive Nativity Play and Elf Academy with entertainers Ant & George as well as Music with Bebops to get your little ones jiggling to the festive beats. Santa will be waiting for visits to his grotto from 11 am.

*Jungletastic Christmas Party. 14th December

It’s time to party and bounce with Santa at Jungletastic in Nuttall. Children get 2.5 hours of fun and festive joy. Santa will be there providing gifts for the children and a photo opportunity with him and his sleigh.
Fun Timez Mascotz will be providing the party entertainment and a food box is included in the price. Tickets are £10.95 per child (under 1’s £1.50)

*Pirate's Play Centre, Sherwood. 21st December

Pirate's Soft Play Centre in Sherwood will be holding a Christmas Party between 5 pm and 7 pm. There will be festive fun for everyone including fancy dress, face painting, party games, and more! Santa will make a special appearance and there will be plenty of time to enjoy the Soft Play and let off steam.

*Sundown Adventureland, 18th – 24th December

Tickets are now on sale for their Christmas Spectacular! The ticket includes a pre-booked Santa visit on their special ride ‘The Night Before Christmas’ and free access all day to the other rides and attractions.

*The Classroomz

The brand new Classroomz on Woodborough Road is offering Tea with Santa. Children will get to spend time with Santa, play games, enjoy a tasty dinner and join in with the disco. Tickets are £15 and must be booked in advance.

*Rufford Abbey,  18 November - 23 December

Walk through the beautiful park and explore the magical grounds of Rufford Abby to truly feel the Christmas spirit. Every Saturday and Sunday, Rufford Abby will be opening their extra special and magical Christmas grotto from 11 am - 4 pm. Bring the little ones to meet Santa and his helpers and every child will receive a gift. Tickets are £5 per child.

*Newstead Abbey, Ravenshead. From 25th November

Get wrapped up and take a wintry walk through the Abby grounds, your little one will be delighted to come across a patiently waiting Santa. Santa's Grotto will be found in the Courtyard at Newstead Abby where little ones can reveal their wishes to Santa and collect a gift.

*Notcutts Wheatcroft Garden Centre, Edwalton. From 19th November

Celebrate the festive season at Wheatcroft Garden Centre where they will be running half hour Grotto visits to meet Santa and receive a seasonal gift. There's also the opportunity to book Breakfast or Tea with Santa, check their website for prices and availability.

*Brookfield's Garden Centre, Mapperley. From 18th November.

Their Breakfast with Santa tickets includes a breakfast box, fun with Santa and his elves, dancing, singing, a story and much more! Tickets are selling fast, so book soon to avoid disappointment!

Tickets are £7.99 and are available for ages 3 and above.

*Floralands Garden Centre, Nottingham.

Floralands in Lambley are providing Children and families the chance to have a Breakfast with Santa. Tickets include a hot breakfast a visit from Santa and an activity pack.

They also have tickets available for Breakfast with Santa AND a Circus Performance,  where families also get a performance from acrobats, jugglers, clowns and lots more.

*Intu Broadmarsh, Nottingham City Centre. From 24th November

Pop the shopping down and visit the magical grotto and meet the big man himself! In Broardmarsh Shopping Centre children will be greeted by elves and you’ll get the chance to buy a photo souvenir after the special meeting.

*Clumberland Tales with Father Christmas at Clumber Park From 6th Dec

Toddlers are invited to a wintery tale with Father Christmas at Clumber Park in Worksop. They will be invited to sit down and settle for a lovely story to get into the Christmas spirit. Once the story has finished all children will receive a small gift from Father Christmas. This session is for Pre-school under 5's.
