It's the school hols and we all love to have a few key dates ready!

Here's our list of some Nottinghamshire Playdays & festivals. Get them into your holiday planners!

It's the school hols and we all love to have a few key dates ready! Whether you want a day with the family, a chance to meet other parents or a get together for your kids and their pals, these could perfect for you..

Thursday 27th July.

Southglade Park playday. 12pm - 4pm. There will be fun bikes, arts and crafts, a climbing wall, story telling and much more. 

Wednesday 2nd August.

Lark in the Park. West Bridgford Park 10am - 4pm. One of Nottinghamshires largest play day events is back! There will be a huge variety of stalls, entertainers, fairground rides and workshops. 

Wednesday 2nd August.

Celebrate play, Aboretum Park 11am - 3pm. You'll be able to visit the games zone, get arty and crafty, handle animals from Stonebridge City Farm and lots more. 

Friday 4th - Sunday 6th August.

Riverside festival. This free, popular festival has a dedicated kids zone, fairground rides, live music and walkabout entertainers. You'll be spoilt for choice at this festival! 

Tuesday 8th August.

Kimberley playday. Kimberley School Playing Field 12 - 4pm. Organised by Liberty Leisure, Children under 12 get to join in a variety of outdoor activities and games. 

Wednesday 9th August.

Arnold playday. Arnott Hill Park 1pm - 4pm. You'll be provided with sporty activities, 'have a go' games and fun workshops. Bring a picnic! 

Thursday 10th August.

Stapleford playday. Ilkeston Road Recreation Ground 12-4pm. Organised by Liberty Leisure, children under 12 get to join in with a variety of outdoor activities and games. 

Saturday 12th August.

Party in the Park. Broadgate Park, Beeston 12pm - 6pm. Live music, artisan food, drink and crafts join the party in the park. You get a chance to sample some of the finest food and drink from around the local area 

Monday 14th August.

Chilwell playday. Inham Nook Recreation Ground 12pm - 4pm. Organised by Liberty Leisure, under 12's get to join in with a wide variety of outdoor activities, games and arty worksops. 

Wednesday 16th August.

Eastwood playday. Coronation Park 12pm - 4pm. Children under 12 can take part in a variety of games, crafty activities and workshops. 

Wednesday 23rd August.

Carlton and Gedling playday. Jubilee Park 1pm - 4pm. Under 14s get to express themselves through play and a variety of workshops. There'll be table top arts and crafts, 'have a go' sports sessions, and imaginative play for a variety of age groups and abilities.
